Michael Hethmon, IRLI senior counsel, spoke with Caroline Modarressy-Tehrani of Vice on the issues raised in the Supreme Court decision in Jennings v. Rodriguez, which concerns the prolonged detention of immigrants who are fighting their deportation cases.
