A sanctuary county leader says the court system binds his government to release criminal illegal aliens, but immigration experts accused him of misconstruing the law.
Democratic Montgomery County, Maryland, Executive Marc Elrich issued a statement in response to criticism his office received for the number of illegal aliens arrested on criminal charges.
