Law360: Indiana City Defends 'Welcoming' Policy Toward Immigrants

The city of Gary, Indiana, fought back Thursday against a lawsuit brought by the legal arm of an organization challenging its “welcoming city” ordinance, contending that its “untenable interpretation” of a state statute would harm local communities.
