Federation for American Immigration Reform v. U.S. Department of State

On behalf of the Federation for American Immigration Reform (FAIR), the Immigration Reform Law Institute (IRLI) filed a lawsuit against the Department of State (DOS) to compel it to turn over records concerning, among other things, immigration benefit, passport and visa fraud and possible collusion between U.S. government officials, foreign countries, immigration lawyers and open-borders activists.

 

The case is entitled, Federation for American Immigration Reform v. U.S. Department of State, Civil No. 1:17-cv-00118, and was filed in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia.
