Sidibe v. Miracle Software, Inc.

January 1, 2016

IRLI represented Mr. Sibide, a Malian tech worker, whose employer had lawfully obtained an H-1B visa and required him to pay visa fees to cover the application process but failed to pay or employ Mr. Sibide at the company. At the conclusion of this case, the Department of Labor ordered Miracle Software, Inc. to pay Mr. Sibide backpay for the company’s blatant exploitation of the Mr. Sibide and the U.S. immigration system.
