New Association to Build Coast-to-Coast Network of Pro-America Attorneys
Dedicated to the rule of law and sensible immigration policies
WASHINGTON - The Immigration Reform Law Institute (IRLI) today announced the creation of Attorneys United for a Secure America (AUSA), a non-partisan affiliation of attorneys dedicated to pursuing cases that serve the national interest when it comes to immigration law.
The effort connects attorneys from around the country who are interested in putting the needs of the American people first on enforcing U.S. immigration laws. The goal is to create a coast-to-coast network of allied attorneys who will work with IRLI on cases of national importance in their region.
Attorneys who join AUSA will receive the necessary training, resources, and assistance to act as lead, local, or co-counsel on cases of national significance and/or advocate for the rule of law and sensible immigration policies through op-eds, blogs, and other writing opportunities. Affiliated attorneys will use their valuable skills to ensure the American people—not the open borders lobby, Big Business, or corrupt politicians—prevail in the courts of law and public opinion.

Since the 1980s, IRLI has led the charge in a wide range of groundbreaking, national lawsuits on behalf of the American worker, taxpayer, and those most vulnerable in our communities. With a long track record of fighting for the national interest in immigration law, IRLI is uniquely qualified to provide member attorneys with the mentorship and guidance to play a key role in defending the rights of individual Americans and their local communities from the harms and challenges posed by mass migration to the United States.
“The open borders lobby is a powerful, well-resourced movement that has attorneys pursuing its agenda at every level of our legal system,” said Dale L. Wilcox, executive director and general counsel of IRLI. “Attorneys United for a Secure America is desperately needed to counter that effort and stand up for national security, defending our borders, protecting jobs, and valuing America’s precious natural resources.”
AUSA is a call to talented attorneys who want to make a difference on the all-important issue of immigration.
