On Fox News Channel’s “Fox & Friends” program, IRLI Executive Director Dale Wilcox discussed IRLI’s investigation which revealed that Middlesex County (N.J.) Jail refused 92 ICE detainer requests over a 20-month period ending in July 2018. Among those the jail refused detainer requests on was Luis Rodrigo Perez, who was subsequently arrested for triple murder in Missouri. Aired on 11/21/2018. See the full interview at YouTube.
