The IRLI Model Taxpayer and Citizen Protection Act (T&CPA) is an omnibus set of model laws designed to encourage official and private action to support increased compliance with the United States immigration law at the state level, in particular our laws that sanction the unlawful entry into and presence of non-citizens in the interior of the United States. The scope and diversity of the solutions in the IRLI Model T&CPA reflect the pervasive impact of the immigration crisis on many areas of modern life which are regulated at the state or local level.
