State Legislators for Legal Immigration has announced legislation to reform the 14th Amendment, which states that “all persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside.”  The SLLI website lists Rep. Snyder as participating in the “nation-wide coalition” of state legislators "who are demanding full cooperation among our federal, state and local governments in eliminating economic incentives for illegal aliens, as well as securing our borders.” Read the full story by Marco Restrepo.
